West Cobb (30064) along Dallas Hwy and Stilesboro is the newer growth corridor — Hillgrove HS feeder neighborhoods, the Kennesaw Mountain–adjacent subdivisions. Bigger bays (24-ft doubles), so we go heavier on torsion-tube specs and dual high-cycle springs. Northeast Cobb (30066) up toward Sandy Plains is similar.
